What is your shipping policy?
All of our orders are subject to a 1-3 business day processing time. We are actively working on ways to increase efficiency, so the number of days may minimize soon.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Uptown Garb and it's affiliates cannot be held responsible for packages once they have left our distribution center.
Address
Please ensure that the billing address that you enter matches that of the card that you use. Also ensure that your shipping address is correct, orders cannot be changed once you have checked out, so if you notice a discrepancy please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Once your order has been sent, we may no longer be able to make changes to the delivery address.
What's your return policy?
If you would like to return a purchase, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it and it must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
The customer will be responsible for the costs associated with return shipping.
The items must be unworn, unwashed and completely free of any damages or stains. The tags must still be attached.
Items that are washed, worn, stained or damaged in any way will NOT be accepted.
At this time, return items are only eligible to receive store credit. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process returned items and issue store credit.
All items on sale that are purchased are final.
Bathing and bodysuits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
